The Directors of City Windmills Ltd. are pleased to announce the results of the Company for the nine month period ending 30th June 2013, bringing it into line with the calendar schedule for the Group. These accounts only reflect City Windmills Ltd. in the UK, with City Windmills (Suisse) SA established in the second half 2013.

The accounts reflect a company still at prototype development stage, prior to production start-up. However, much parallel work has taken place, with a social media strategy now in place, a non-exclusive distribution agreement signed with Northern Wind Energy Corp., soon to be listed in the USA, and other sales channels also under consideration.

Meanwhile, a jv agreement with Neulum SA in Switzerland allows the Group to develop a wind-powered lighting product, complementary to the small wind-turbines being developed for domestic and office/commercial use. Product development will commence, in earnest, in the New Year, with the recent hiring of a product manager who starts in January.
