CW is pleased to announce its entry to the GXG Global Exchange in London, quoted on the First Quote OTC section of the Exchange. The GXG First Quote is designed for early-stage companies, and supported by brokers in the UK, Denmark and elsewhere in Europe.

Following a reverse split approved at an EGM late last year, CW's shares will continue to be traded/registered through the CREST clearing system and through Euroclear, with a new ISIN number issued to reflected the GBP 1.00 par value of the Ordinary Shares. CW also completed audit statements for 2011 and 2012 to bring its administrative processes up to date.
