CW is pleased to announce notice of a General Meeting of Shareholders to vote on a proposed share exchange with the newly-created City Windmills (Suisse) SA, in order to align the corporate structure with the management, based in Switzerland, and to create a more efficient tax structure.

A proposed share exchange to mirror the shareholding of CW in the UK will allow the company to continue its GXG Main Board listing in London, as well as work with Swiss Federal and Cantonal government that is keenly promoting the alternative energy sector.

The General Meeting will also seek approval on a capital raising program of Euro 1 million to finance the commercialisation of the company, initially in the USA, with the prototype small wind turbine for domestic household use soon to commence testing and certification.
