City Windmills Holdings PLC (“CW”) recently attended the Smart Future London conference in preparation for launch of its small wind turbines in the UK in 2015. This conference discussed strategies for smart cities, as well as highlighted investment opportunities in smart urban technology.

Additionally, City Windmills is also pleased to announce further placement of shares at 5 euros per share, as part of it's approved placement of Euro 1 million. Under s. 11(4) of the GXG Rulebook Director Ezra Green acquired some of these shares. Under s. 10(3) of the GXG Rulebook, the issued share capital of the company now stands at 1,479,643 Ordinary Shares.
